6. You’re super irritable
If you have to starve for a very long day and have to wait for too many hours for dinner, you exactly mean what is “hangry”? For the people who do not know the meaning of hangry then I would tell you about its meaning, Hangry means that unpleasant, irritating combination of being so hungry that you get angry. If you are avoiding calories in a higher ratio then you became hangry.
Limiting the intake of calories way too much then it directly affects your mood and so you feel irritated the whole day. So if you want to lose weight then you should just limit your calories in a small amount that only affects your weight, not your mood.
6. The thought of working out makes you want to take a nap.
If you think of some sort of workout or exercise, you just feel like sleeping and dull. If the idea of a Spin class leaves you dreaming of your pillow, you may not be eating enough, Young says. The reason is that the intake of calories in your diet is not enough and so your body is not provided with the required energy, and that’s why you feel tired all the day, which is a major motivation-suck.
7. Meals leave you totally unsatisfied
If you will only have a small proportion of salad in your dinner then it will leave you empty and you wants to have more food. So if you fill half of your plate with some whole grains, some healthy fats, and a lean protein. You will not be able to crave for high calories foods like desserts or junk food plus you will intake all the necessary nutrients your body needs, Young says.
Portion control is not always about tiny portions. In fact, it is about eating larger portions but of healthy foods and a very small portion of unhealthy stuff.
